Arc Thrift conducts the second largest food drive in the State of Colorado (last year nearly 75 tons of food were collected to provide for senior meals on wheels programs and soup kitchens and food pantries) and collects in excess of 25 million pounds of donated clothing and other household items which enhances the recycling and greening of the communities it serves.
Arc Thrift works with hundreds of non-profits locally and nationally through its car donation program. In addition Arc collaborates with a number of Colorado non-profits including; Volunteers of America, 9 Cares Colorado Shares, Laradon, Child Rescue Foundation, Ecumenical Social Ministries, Club of Arts, Escuella Tlatelolco, Su Teatro and many, many others across Colorado.
Arc Thrift is the recipient of numerous prestigious community awards, including the Arc of Pikes Peak President’s Award, the Spirit de Tlatelolco Business Leadership Award, and the NEWSED Celebrate Culture Civil Rights Award for our work with persons with disabilities and other at risk populations.
